El encargado de Logistica tiene como misi\u00f3n establecer la pol\u00edtica de compras de la organizaci\u00f3n en coordinaci\u00f3n con el \u00e1rea productiva y el \u00e1rea financiera. Todo ello en t\u00e9rminos de calidad, cantidad y sobre todo, precio.<\/p>\n

El encargo de compras<\/strong>\u00a0es un puesto clave dentro de una organizaci\u00f3n porque de sus decisiones se derivan y comprometen grandes desembolsos del capital de una organizaci\u00f3n, tanto a nivel de aprovisionar a la organizaci\u00f3n (en su m\u00e1s puro aspecto operativo de repetir una compra) como de definir y gestionar estrat\u00e9gicamente una compra.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Entre las funciones m\u00e1s importantes del encargado destacan las siguientes:<\/p>\n

Operaciones previas a la compra:
\n– Previsi\u00f3n de necesidades.
\n– Determinaci\u00f3n de las compras a realizar.
\n– Investigaci\u00f3n de proveedores<\/p>\n

Operaciones en la compra:
\n– Comparaci\u00f3n de las ofertas.
\n– Elecci\u00f3n de los proveedores.
\n– Pedidos.<\/p>\n

Operaciones posteriores a la compra:
\n– Recepci\u00f3n de materiales.
\n– Devoluci\u00f3n de materiales a los proveedores.
\n– Gesti\u00f3n de stock de productos y materiales.<\/p>\n

Planificaci\u00f3n de las necesidades: elaborar un plan de necesidades de recursos de materiales.
