Con esa raz\u00f3n social su empresa se identificar\u00e1 ante la\u00a0<b>SUNAT<\/b>, bancos, entidades y compa\u00f1\u00edas para realizar tr\u00e1mites, hacer compras o ventas, entre otros.<\/p>\n<p class=\"story-content__font--secondary mb-25 title-xs line-h-md mt-20 secondary-font pr-20\">El primer paso en el proceso de Registro o Constituci\u00f3n de empresa es la reserva del nombre o raz\u00f3n social.
